Work station and Design pintu rumah
Salam,
Selangor cuti..saya hanya dirumah shj cuma waktu pagi bersarapan di luar dan bawa anak2 jumpa kawan lama iaitu En kura2 di playground alam megah.
Tak ada berita sensasi tuk diwar2kan. weekend ni adik kesayangan saya akan berkahwin. so balik kg.
anyway, jom cuci mata, tgk dekorasi yg saya cilok dari Ikea dan pinterest. moh tgk
work stationidaman kalbu..hmm putih..
lagi work station. harus buat begini supaya tak berebut dgn en hubby. ada sofa untuk aryan lepak minum susu sementara tunggu mami settlekan urusan perniagaan. jgn lupa i am WAHM wannabe..cewah! doakan eh kengkawan

Kasihan Anak Diikat Ketika Ibu Bapa Keluar Bekerja
Kasihan Anak Diikat Ketika Ibu Bapa Keluar Bekerja | Pelbagai perkara pelik yang berlaku di sana. Antaranya soal penjagaan anak. Terdapat beberapa tempat yang boleh dikira mungkin sebagai kawasan pendalaman memperlihatkanbagaimana ibu bapa menjaga anak kecil mereka ketika keluar bekerja. Gambar di bawah ini menceritakan segalanya apabila ada anak yang diikat dan perbuatan itu dilihat sebagai satu yang kejam. Boleh lihat gambar di bawah ini.
Kali ni penulis nak tunjukkan bagaimana ibu bapa di China meninggalkan anak mereka di mana saja yang mereka fikir sesuai demi untuk ke tempat kerja. Penulis tahu mungkin ada di antara ibu bapa yang miskin sehingga tidak mampu membayar dan membawa anak ke pusat penjagaan. Tapi fikirlah pakai otak.
Ramai lagi orang yang tak mampu di dunia ini, tapi tidak pula melakukan hal sedemikian kepada anak mereka. Mereka telah mengikat anak-anak kecil itu di tingkap sebelum ke tempat kerja.
Kesian sungguh! Macam mana kalau mereka nak buang air atau berasa lapar. Kena tunggu sampai ibu bapa pulang ke?
Budak-budak mana tahu apa pun. Yang mereka tahu menangis kalau rasa tak selesa. Tak dapat penulis fikirkan apalah yang akan terjadi jika ada sesuatu perkara berlaku seperti kecemasan, nak menyesal pun dah tak guna.
Jika ada pengawasan orang dewasa tak apa jugak. Tapi musykil, tak kan kot mereka nak ikat anak kalau ada orang tengokkan.
Harap-harap suatu hari nanti terbuka minda ibu bapa ini untuk tidak melakukan perkara sebegitu lagi.

Resveratrol Di dalam Vivix boleh mengelakkan risiko kanser?
(NaturalNews) Researchers from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Calabria in Italy publishing in The FASEB Journal report that resveratrol blocks the effect of estrogen and can help to prevent the malignant growth of breast cancer in women. The grape/red wine derivative has been the subject of numerous scientific studies in recent years and has shown promise in lowering risks from cardiovascular disease, cancer and dementia. Scientists also believe the protective nutrient may extend healthy lifespan by directly influencing mortality genes known as SIRT. Health-minded adults will want to include resveratrol from natural food sources or supplementation to reap the numerous health benefits.
To design their study, researchers used several breast cancer cell lines expressing the estrogen receptor to test the effects of resveratrol. They exposed the different cells to a solution containing resveratrol and compared the results to cells left untreated. They found an important reduction in cell growth in cells treated with resveratrol, while no changes were seen in untreated cells. Further experiments determined that this effect was caused by a critical reduction in estrogen receptors caused by the administration of resveratrol.
To design their study, researchers used several breast cancer cell lines expressing the estrogen receptor to test the effects of resveratrol. Resveratrol Supplementation Suppresses the Growth of Malignant Breast Cancer Cells
This finding is the first of its kind as it relates specifically to the effect of resveratrol on a particular cancer cell line. The team was able to conclude that resveratrol is able to counteract the malignant progression of breast cancer cells by inhibiting the growth and spread of hormone resistant cancerous cells. This has important implications for the treatment of women with breast cancer whose tumors eventually develop resistance to hormonal therapy.
A peer review board examining the study data concluded "scientists haven't finished distilling the secrets of good health that have been hidden in natural products such as red wine." It is important to note that in this body of research, resveratrol only demonstrated an effect on malignant cancer cells and exerted no effect on non-cancerous cells.
While the authors cautioned that people should not go out and start using red wine or resveratrol supplements as a treatment for breast cancer, the finding strongly indicates that the plant-protective compound should be considered as a component in an overall plan designed to prevent the devastating disease. Weekend @ Cameron Highlands
Cuti2 sekolah ni rasa nak bawaanak bercuti walaupun anak-anak masih belum bersekolah.
Destinasi: Cameron Highlands.
Jem teruk di antara Brinchang dan Tanah Rata tapi masih seronok sbb tmpt ni cantik dan meriah untuk saya. Lama sgt tak bercuti, so walaupun berjam2 dlm kereta tetap seronok sbb ada anak2 dan suami terperangkap dlm jem bersama2..hehehe
Amir muntah. Amar dan Adam pening. Mami hampir muntah. hujan lebat, jln licin...
Sempat beli beberapa pokok. hmm puas hati i.. :)
